SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how Stofeco handles order dispatch, shipping methods, delivery timelines, customs responsibilities and related matters for all orders.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are manufactured and dispatched from our production facility in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. Stofeco International LLC is our US-registered business entity however physical shipments originate from Pakistan.
2. Countries We Ship To
We ship worldwide. We currently serve clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and beyond. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, contact us at info@stofeco.com before placing your order.
3. Production Lead Time
Before shipping, all orders go through our manufacturing process. Production lead times are as follows:

| Standard bulk orders | 3 to 5 weeks |
| Large or complex orders | 5 to 8 weeks |
These timelines begin after order confirmation, sample approval and payment clearance. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and material availability.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via internationally recognized carriers including:
- DHL Express
- FedEx International
- UPS
- TNT
- EMS / Pakistan Post (for economy shipping)
The shipping method used will be agreed upon with the client prior to dispatch and will be stated on the invoice. For urgent orders, express shipping is available at an additional cost.
5. Shipping Terms and Incoterms
Shipping terms will be clearly stated on your Pro Forma Invoice and may include:
- EXW (Ex Works) — Client arranges all shipping and bears all costs and risks from our facility
- FOB (Free On Board) — Stofeco delivers goods to the port of origin; client bears risk from that point
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — Stofeco arranges and pays for shipping and insurance to the destination port
The applicable Incoterm will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
6. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination country and chosen carrier
- Shipping costs will be included in your final Pro Forma Invoice before payment
- For website orders processed through Stripe or PayPal, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout or confirmed via invoice before payment is completed
- Stofeco does not profit from shipping charges — costs reflect actual carrier rates
7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
The client is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT and any other government-imposed fees in their destination country.
- Stofeco will prepare and provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin where required
- We will declare accurate product values on all customs documentation in compliance with international trade laws
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or holds
- Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control
US Clients: As Stofeco International LLC is a US-registered company, we can assist with documentation that may help facilitate US customs clearance. Please contact us for details specific to your import situation.
8. Tracking and Shipment Notification
- Tracking information will be provided to the client via email and/or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch
- Clients can track their shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number
- Stofeco will assist in following up with carriers for any tracking or delivery issues
9. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated international delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimated timeframes provided by carriers and do not include customs clearance time which varies by country.
10. White-Label and Direct-to-Customer Fulfillment
Stofeco offers white-label fulfillment for brands who wish to ship directly to their end customers under their own brand name. Under this arrangement:
- Packages are shipped without Stofeco branding
- Your brand name or logo can be used on packaging where agreed
- This service is available for bulk orders and must be arranged prior to production

11. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your shipment appears lost or has not moved for an extended period, contact us at info@stofeco.com and we will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf
- Stofeco is not liable for shipments lost or delayed due to carrier error, customs holds or events outside our control
- We recommend clients consider cargo insurance for high-value orders — this can be arranged upon request
12. Incorrect Shipping Address
- The client is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order
- Stofeco is not responsible for delivery failures or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the client
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the client will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment
