Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Stofeco. By accessing our website, placing an order, or communicating with us through any channel, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Stofeco

Stofeco operates as an international custom manufacturing and export business. Our legal entity, Stofeco International LLC, is a registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

All manufacturing and production operations are carried out through our affiliated facilities based in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. By placing an order, the client acknowledges that physical production occurs in Pakistan and that transactions may involve cross-border logistics and international shipping compliance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website at stofeco.com, submitting a quote request, placing an order, or making a payment — through our website, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with an order or use our website.

3. Products and Services

Stofeco provides the following services:

• Custom manufacturing of leather goods including jackets, bags, and accessories
• Streetwear and sportswear production including hoodies, tracksuits, shirts and pants
• Private label, OEM and ODM manufacturing services
• Bulk production and branded customization for businesses, brands, sports teams and retailers
• Decoration services including embroidery, chenille, rhinestones, sublimation, embossing and more

All products are manufactured strictly according to client-approved designs and specifications.

4. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations provided are valid for 8 to 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing
• Pricing is based on agreed product specifications, materials, decoration requirements and order quantity
• Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, labor rates or global market conditions
• Final confirmed pricing is issued via a Pro Forma Invoice prior to production commencement
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after all of the following conditions are met:

• Written approval of the design, specifications and sample by the client
• Mutual written agreement on pricing, quantity and delivery terms
• Receipt and clearance of the required initial payment

Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges and revised lead times. Stofeco reserves the right to reassess pricing and timelines for post-confirmation changes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Methods Accepted:

• US bank transfer (USD) to Stofeco International LLC
• PayPal
• Stripe
• International wire transfer to our Pakistan manufacturing entity as specified on invoice

Payment Schedule:

• Full payment upfront, OR
• Advance deposit plus remaining balance due before shipment, as agreed in writing

Additional Payment Conditions:

• All bank charges, intermediary fees, PayPal or Stripe transaction fees, and currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the client
• Payments must be received and cleared before production begins
• Stofeco International LLC is a US registered entity. Payments made to our US bank account are processed under US financial and business regulations

7. Production and Lead Times

• Production commences only after full order confirmation and payment clearance
• Standard lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on order complexity, quantity and customization requirements
• Lead times quoted are estimates made in good faith and are not legally guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to material sourcing, design complexity, sampling revisions, shipping carrier delays or force majeure conditions
• Clients will be notified promptly of any significant delays

8. Sampling

• Custom samples are available upon request prior to bulk production
• Sampling fees are chargeable and will be quoted separately
• Sample costs may be credited or deducted from the final bulk order invoice at Stofeco’s discretion
• Sample lead time varies between 7 and 14 business days depending on design complexity
• Bulk production will not commence until the client has provided written approval of the sample

9. Quality and Specifications

• All products are manufactured in accordance with the client-approved sample or written specifications
• Minor variations in color, texture, sheen or surface finishing may naturally occur due to the handcrafted nature of leather and fabric products
• Such minor natural variations do not constitute product defects and are not grounds for return or refund
• Stofeco maintains internal quality control processes throughout production and prior to shipment

10. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping terms including EXW, FOB and CIF will be clearly defined in the final invoice
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms
• The client is solely responsible for import duties, destination taxes, customs clearance fees and any applicable regulatory compliance in their country
• Stofeco is not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or logistics providers
• Tracking information will be provided to the client upon shipment

11. Returns and Claims

• All confirmed and produced custom orders are considered final sales
• Claims for production defects or incorrect items must be submitted in writing to info@stofeco.com within 5 business days of confirmed delivery
• All claims must be accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
• Stofeco does not accept returns or issue refunds for:
  
  • Custom-made products that match approved samples or specifications
  • Minor natural variations in leather/fabric texture, color or finish
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Orders where the client provided incorrect specifications or measurements
• Approved claims will be resolved through one of the following at Stofeco’s discretion: replacement production, repair, or partial refund

12. Intellectual Property

• The client confirms they own or have full legal rights to use all logos, brand names, artwork, trademarks and designs submitted to Stofeco for production
• Stofeco will not independently verify intellectual property ownership and bears no responsibility for IP violations arising from client-submitted materials
• Stofeco retains the right to use product images for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to production

13. Confidentiality

All client designs, product specifications, branding materials and business information shared with Stofeco are treated as strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from the client.

14. Limitation of Liability

Stofeco’s total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total invoice value of that specific order. Stofeco shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of business revenue, profits or opportunities
• Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• Actions or omissions of third-party logistics or customs providers

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• All transactions and agreements conducted through Stofeco International LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America
• Any disputes shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation between both parties
• Manufacturing and export activities conducted from Pakistan are subject to applicable Pakistani laws and trade regulations where relevant

16. Force Majeure

Stofeco shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, political instability, supply chain disruptions, pandemic-related restrictions or government-imposed regulations.

17. Modifications to Terms

Stofeco reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or placement of orders following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
